    The U.S. Department of Justice announced it would work alongside five relators, including a whistleblower represented by Cornell Dolan, P.C., in a case accusing fentanyl manufacturer Insys of defrauding the government by, among other things, offering kickbacks to doctors who prescribed the highly addictive drug Subsys.

    First Amendment lawsuit challenged Cambridge's order to remove campaign sign from U.S. Senate candidate Shiva Ayyadurai's bus.

    After the City of Cambridge ordered U.S. Senate candidate Shiva Ayyadurai to remove a political message from his campaign bus, Cornell Dolan, P.C. filed a federal lawsuit challenging the action on free speech grounds. Two weeks later, the City of Cambridge gave up and rescinded its order.
